Since established in 1958, Ina Food Industry has been a global leading manufacturer of agar. Our innovative manufacturing methods in our plants have yielded stable market supply in terms of quantity, quality and price which traditionally depended largely on weather conditions. Three factories we have are all FSSC22000 certified. More than 10% of employees are engaged in our R&D to seek for new possibilities of agar and its combination with other Hydrocolloids. This utmost effort leads to various applications and new inventions of agar and other gelling agents.
