NAT OAT BUTTER

NAT OAT BUTTER is solely made with oat oil (Avena Sativa L) obtained from kernels cultivated in Scandinavia.

The oat oil is extracted by using a supercritical carbon dioxide extraction, and therefore contains a large amount of
functional compounds, like linoleic acid (Omega 6), which give it several properties (see marketing report):
. Anti-inflammatory
. Anti-itching
. Anti-irritant
. Antioxidant
. Moisturizer

This oil is easily absorbed by the skin, and softens, moisturizes and nourishes it. It also acts like a conditioner for hair by
nourishing it, making it lighter and easier to be styled.
Oat oil is used in dermocosmetic formulas for skins damaged by diseases such as atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis,
psoriasis, and other troubles caused by a weakening of the barrier function.

NAT OAT BUTTER retains a large fraction of unsaturated free fatty acids and functional compounds from the oil.
Therefore, it provides noticeable advantages to the skin and the hair due to its nourishing and repairing agents.
This butter is firm to the touch and malleable when applied; it gives body to formulas. It has a softening effect.
This butter is a non-genetically modified material which does not contain any preservative. It has not been tested on
animals.
