Coptis, the leading Formulation & Regulatory software company for the Personal Care industry seeks a self-starter to join our APAC team. Position based in our office in Tanjong Pagar, Singapore with eventual frequent travels overseas.
The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of the R&D Process in Personal Care with strong computer skills and excellent customer relationship management. This new Sales position is to mainly target SE Asia, India, Australia & New Zealand markets.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sell our Software Solution dedicated to Cosmetics R&D
  • Look for new customers, provide Sales demonstrations & follow up to close deals
  • Organize product webinar and participate industrial trade shows to promote the product
  • Provide user training to new or existing customers
  • Provide customer service by phone or email from time to time
  • Directly report to Business Development Manager APAC
  • Work from home occasionally


  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry or Biochemistry
  • Knowledge of Cosmetic product development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to learn new software. Training will be provided
  • Ability to learn fast and communicate effectively
  • Ability and desire to travel
  • Organized and rigorous self-starter with ability to work independently
