TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE BILINGUAL
CompanyCoptis, the leading Formulation & Regulatory software company for the Personal Care industry seeks a self-starter to join our US team. Home office position based either on the East or West coast with eventual frequent travels nationally or outside the United States.
The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of the R&D Process in Personal Care with strong computer skills and excellent customer relation. This new position is to mainly target Latin America so the candidate must be fluent in Spanish.
Roles and Responsibilities·Provide Sales demonstrations and follow-up with customers, under the supervision of the Executive Sales Manager
·Provide training to new or existing customers on our Software Solutions dedicated to Cosmetic R&D (Coptis Lab, Coptis Ingredients, Coptis Tox, Coptis Reg etc.)
·Occasionally provide Support to customers by phone or email
·Home office position with eventual frequent travels nationally or outside the United States
Requirements·Minimum Bachelor Degree in Biology, Chemistry or Biochemistry.
·Knowledge of Cosmetic product development
·Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook.
·Ability to learn new software. Training will be provided.
·Ability and desire to travel.
·Ability to quickly learn and clearly communicate.
·Organized, rigorous, self-starter with ability to work independently.
·Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
·Spanish bilingual is mandatory.
·Portuguese would be a plus.
