The active ingredient of SpecPed® MCC21(0.01%) is Arginine/Lysine Polypeptide. It's a biomimetic peptide similar in structure to S-Mu-conotoxin CnIIIC. It has functions as below:
- It can effectively inhibit acetylcholine receptors, calcium, sodium, potassium and other ion channels, improve and lighten dynamic lines and relax muscles.
- It can inhibit wrinkles without causing facial muscle rigidity, compared with general botulinum toxin peptides.
Therefore, SpecPed® MCC21(0.01%) can be recommended to use as the functions of anti-wrinkle, anti-aging in cosmetics.
