NOVEMER CS POLYMER

NovemerTM CS polymer is an easy-to-use, versatile polymeric emulsifier and emulsion stabilizer for low to high viscosity gels and emulsions. It is highly compatible with pigments and brings amazing clarity in gels. It imparts a watery and refreshing sensory with a smooth spreading. Suitable for skin care, sun care and makeup applications. NovemerTM CS shows good performance in emulsifier-free systems and it is compatible with a broad range of oils. For challenging systems emulsion stability can be strengthened with low amounts of co-emulsifiers. NovemerTM CS provides wide range of textures when combined with natural and synthetic rheology modifiers. It provides good compatibility with a broad range of UV filters (mineral and organic) and it helps to reduce white casting compared to other natural gums. In makeup formulas, NovemerTM CS compatibility with pigments enables the formulation of liquid makeup and improves its stability, when combined with co-polymers and emulsifiers. NovemerTM CS can also bring further consumer benefits such as improve sweat-resistance on its own or enhanced coverage and transfer resistance when combine with other Lubrizol synthetic polymers.
