SiligelTM is a natural gelling agent for aqueous media with an excellent resistance to electrolytes and providing high sensorial benefits to formulas. Very versatile, SiligelTM can be also used as a coemulsifier, a stabilizer or a viscosity adjuster for O/W emulsions. Used at 1.5%, SilligelTM contributes to the stability of the emulsion due to its co-emulsifying properties and by improving the suspension of the oil droplets. Furthermore, SilligelTM works with BiophilicTM H by providing a higher glide and bringing softness.
