Coptis Annual Seminar 2026: our best formula is team spirit
This year, our teams swapped formulas and regulatory databases for surfboards and paddles. We headed to the Basque Country for our annual seminar: surf lessons on the beaches of Biarritz, a rafting adventure and plenty of laughter.
Once a year, we bring the whole Coptis team together for our annual seminar. It is a unique opportunity to step away from our screens, get to know each other better and recharge before the year ahead.
Destination: the Basque Country. For the 2026 edition, we set off for the Atlantic coast, between ocean and mountains. On the programme: waves, rivers and a lot of team spirit.
A recipe built on shared experiences. Like any good formulation, a strong team needs the right ingredients, in the right proportions. So we put ours to the test, outdoors.
The ingredients of our team formula
Every good formula starts with a precise INCI list. Here is ours:
- Aqua Oceanica (25%): surf lessons on the beaches of Biarritz. Wetsuits on, boards under our arms, we took on the Atlantic together.
- Surfboard Extract (10%): feet in the water, arms in the air: everyone caught their wave.
- Paddle Power (10%): helmets on, paddles up for a rafting adventure in the heart of the Basque Country. Coordination and trust were essential to keep every raft on course.
- Laughter Complex (20%): warrior mode activated. Highly concentrated, and very contagious.
The key ingredient: Team Spirit (35%) is the active ingredient behind everything we build.
