The resin is manually removed from the trunk of the family tree of burseráceas, species Protium heptaphyllum, without damaging the plant or the environment.
Properties :
Constituted of tetracyclic triterpenes, such as elemadienolic acids, the resin has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.
